Refund Policy.
You can get a refund for a new premium subscription within 14 days of payment, in line with EU consumer rights (the cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU).
01 Right to a refund
Within 14 calendar days of paying for a new premium subscription, you may withdraw from it and receive a full refund of the amount paid — no reason required.
02 What is refundable
- The refund applies to payment for a new subscription period (month or year).
- Redeemed gift codes are non-refundable. An unredeemed code may be transferred to another person.
- If the Provider discontinues the Service entirely, the unused portion of the paid term is refunded.
03 How to request a refund
Contact support@nevid.io or the Telegram bot @iskravpn_app_bot and include:
- your account identifier (visible in the app) or the email used for the order;
- proof of payment (the transaction number or receipt).
04 Timing and method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time to credit depends on your bank and the payment provider — typically 3–10 business days from the moment the refund is confirmed.
You can cancel renewal and avoid future charges at any time in the app — access is kept until the end of the already-paid term.
