How payment works.
An IskraVPN subscription can be paid by bank card or via the Faster Payments System (SBP). Payment happens on the payment provider's secure page — card details are entered there and never reach us.
01 Payment methods
All payments are in rubles. Payment is one-off — for the chosen period (month or year).
02 Card payment procedure
- Choose a plan on the Plans page and click "Order".
- Provide an email in the order form — the receipt and activation code go there.
- Proceed to payment. The provider's secure payment page opens.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment — usually with a one-time code from your bank (3-D Secure).
- Get confirmation. After a successful payment, access is activated immediately, and the receipt and activation code arrive by email.
SBP payment works similarly: instead of entering a card, you confirm the payment with a QR code or a button in your bank's app.
03 Payment security
Card payment security is handled by a payment provider certified to the international PCI DSS standard:
- Card details are entered on the payment provider's side and transmitted over a secure connection (TLS). We do not see, receive, or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC.
- Card payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure (a one-time code from your bank), protecting against unauthorised use.
- We store only a payment reference and the fact of payment — enough to activate your subscription.
04 Access activation
The service is delivered digitally. Premium access is activated automatically right after payment. The activation code is sent to the email you provided — enter it in the app to turn on premium on your account.
05 Refunds
You can get a refund for a new subscription within 14 days. Terms and procedure are in the Refund Policy.
